About John

My name is John Feller, and I’ve been in private practice for over 30 years. I was born and raised in rural Nebraska and have spent my entire professional life in Northeast Nebraska representing area farmers, business people and working folks. In recent years I have focused more of my practice on estate planning in general and asset protection and Medicaid planning in particular for the benefit of Nebraskans.
I know how important it is to my clients that they be able to pass their life’s accumulation to their loved ones quickly and easily. I especially realize, from personal experience with clients and family members, how devastating the emotional and psychological strain can be when a loved one needs long term health care. I understand the likelihood of financial ruin that clients face and the unbelievable anxiety, stress, fear, uncertainty and guilt these situations create. Estate planning in Nebraska has a specific process that I understand how to get through.
I am committed to using my experience and expertise to relieve the anxiety and stress for clients involved in estate planning in general and asset protection and Medicaid planning in particular.
